Bridal Accessories

Congratulations on your engagement! You have probably dreamed of this moment since you were a little girl and I know it's going to be beautiful. It's really amazing all of the little details you need to think about for your wedding day. Luckily there are lots of local experts that guide you in the right direction.

My expertise happens to be accessories. Accessories are the little details that can make your day so personal and special. There are so many factors to consider, like the season, your color palette, the theme of the wedding...

Do you like loads of sparkle? If the answer is yes, then you should look into some Swarovski crystals. Swarovski is the luxury brand name for the range of precision-cut glass. They are the best crystals money can buy and they can still be very affordable. They can be purchased in tons of colors, sizes and shapes. They can be the focus of jewelry/head pieces or used as an accent.

Maybe you prefer the natural and organic look of freshwater pearls. They also come in a variety of colors, shapes and sizes. Pearls are so beautiful and individual. My favorite pearls have slight imperfections which make them unique. When natural pearls may have "love lines" on them, it is considered good luck. These are small lines that have formed in the pearls because of natural occurrences in the water. Every little bump the mollusk endures will leave a marking on the pearl. This gives the pearl a personality!

Other options are semi-precious stones, great for a destination wedding! A stone with superb cut and clarity can transform your jewelry. Stones can be very special. Some may be birthstones and some people believe that they have metaphysical properties. With over 50 species of minerals that are cut into gems there is something for everyone.

Personally, I love the combination of different materials to create something truly one of a kind. You may have
something vintage that you would like to re-vamp. Or maybe you want to give your bridal party something special they can wear again. If you have special needs or any questions I would be happy to assist you. Whatever you decide, I know you will look stunning on your wedding day.
