You’ve got a lot of planning to do, so let us introduce you to our business—Harrison’s Wine Grill and Catering. We provide flavorful, beautiful foods all prepared—from scratch—by Chef Harrison Schailey & staff.

Our catering specialty is the outdoor and unusual venue events—in gardens, under tents, in churches, at B&B’s, on farms, at home, in fire halls, anywhere you can imagine. We also provide the food & service in the Hilton Garden Inn banquet facilities.

We have many menu ideas for weddings and other wedding events-- rehearsals, brunch, showers -- and we can customize to your taste and budget. Some choose to simply order & pick up menu selections while others go all out with a full menu, service, and rentals. Let us know your needs! The Champagne Toast

A light hors d’ oeuvres assortment, Mixed Greens Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette, Vineyard Chicken, Salmon En Croute or Crab Cakes, Orchiette Alfredo, Fresh Vegetable, Freshly Baked Rolls.

The Wine Country Wedding

Fine Herb & Garlic Cheese, Fresh Fruit & Cheese, Vegetable Wellingtons, Mini Crab Cakes; Caesar Salad, Marinated Mushrooms (our house specialty!), Grilled Balsamic Beef w/ Grilled Vegetables & Red Bell Pesto, Sesame Poached Salmon, and Grilled Chicken w/ Goat Cheese & Fig & Olive Relish, and fresh baguettes.

An Upscale Picnic

A mix of beautifully prepared salads and tasty spreads with BBQ Pulled Pork, Grilled Chicken, fresh baked rolls, and more. We’ll custom design it to your place and specifications.

A Gorgeous Grill

Choose from BBQ Ribs, Thai Chicken Skewers, Grilled Pesto Chicken, Beef Tenderloin, or Salmon Filet, served sizzling from the grill onto big white platters. Seasonal salads accompany—Caesar Salad, Dill Pasta Salad, Sesame Asparagus, Summer Herbed Potato Salad, and more.

Rehearsal Dinner
